PERSPECTIVE

Give AI a clear job. Keep judgment human.

Useful acceleration needs clear boundaries.

Start with the work

The useful question is where assistance makes the work better. Drafting alternatives, organizing evidence or prototyping an idea can be a good starting point. Deciding what matters to a customer or accepting a claim still calls for human judgment.

Write a brief that protects the good work

State the outcome, the source of truth and what must stay unchanged. For a design iteration, name the specific element to change. Keep approved copy, imagery and layout explicit so a request for a small improvement does not become an accidental redesign.

Review the output against evidence

A fluent explanation is not a verified fact. Check sources, distinguish an observation from an inference and inspect the result in its real context. Protect private information and keep a person responsible for deciding what is ready to use.

Learn from the iteration

Save the decision behind an approved change, not just the final output. That gives the next iteration a stronger starting point. A useful workflow makes human choices visible and creates room for better thinking, rather than hiding the work behind the tool.
