PERSPECTIVE
Find the moment people hesitate.
A clearer experience starts with a real task.
Start with a person’s purpose
A visitor arrives with a job to do: find an answer, understand an offer, make a donation or decide whether to trust you. Your organizational chart is rarely part of that job. Start the review with the task, not the menu.
Look for the unanswered question
At each step, ask what the person needs to understand or believe before they can continue. Is the language clear? Is the important information visible? Do the next action and its consequences make sense? A polished screen can still leave these questions unanswered.
Separate observation from explanation
Record what you can see, then identify what needs validation. A confusing label is an observation; claiming it causes abandonment requires further evidence. This distinction helps a team prioritize honestly and choose the right next test.
Fix the connected experience
A stronger call to action cannot rescue an unclear offer or a broken journey. Connect information, reassurance and action. Check the whole task on a small screen and with a keyboard, then measure what changes after release.
