Independent product · TURNING EXPERIENCE EXPERTISE INTO A PRODUCT
CXPR
A clear, evidence-backed way for organizations to understand what is getting in customers’ way and what to improve first.
AT A GLANCE
I conceived CXPR and led its product strategy, method, evidence architecture, service design, report experience, commercialization and Artificial Intelligence (AI) workflow. CXPR makes senior-level experience expertise easier to understand and act on, while keeping a named human expert accountable for every conclusion.
The opportunity
More opinions do not create a better next move.
Organizations often know their digital experience could work better, but lack a concise, trusted answer about what matters most, why it matters and where to start. Bespoke consulting can be slow and expensive; generic automated audits can miss context and overstate what the evidence proves.
Product strategy
A repeatable review, with judgment built in.
I shaped three service levels—CXPR One, CXPR and CXPR+—for organizations whose public experiences need to generate sales, leads, bookings, donations or trust. Each connects a visitor’s task with the organization’s goal and turns observations into prioritized recommendations, practical copy or call-to-action opportunities, and Now / Next / Later actions.
Evidence and method
Show what was observed and what remains uncertain.
The method is built around Find, Clarity, Connect, Confidence and Momentum. Recommendations are tied to observations, evidence type and source trail. Business impact remains a hypothesis until the client’s own baseline and outcome data can test it; CXPR does not manufacture a lift estimate to make a report feel more persuasive.
Human and AI roles
AI speeds the work. An expert owns the answer.
AI supports evidence retrieval, comparison, pattern finding, synthesis and drafting. A named human reviewer interprets context, checks sources, sets severity and priority, and approves the final recommendation. The product is designed to make the reasoning easier to inspect, not to replace expert judgment.
Commercial model
Accessible expertise, with targets clearly labelled.
The current product design targets five business days for CXPR and ten for CXPR+. Proposed reductions in time to insight or increases in decision confidence are goals to validate, not measured client outcomes.
What this demonstrates
Product thinking from the method to the market.
CXPR combines product strategy, service design, evidence governance, report UX, pricing and responsible AI. It shows how I can turn a senior consulting capability into a repeatable, understandable product without flattening the expertise that makes it valuable.
